1. Introduction

UCA LOGISTICS LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), the operator of pulseandcotton.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users (“you,” “your,” “User”) to do the same.

This policy is adopted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable United States intellectual property laws.

We take copyright violations seriously and will remove infringing content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice. We may also restrict access for repeat infringers.

3. Reporting Infringements (DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure)

If you believe that your copyrighted work or intellectual property rights have been infringed on our Website, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to support@pulseandcotton.com, containing all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed.
- If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to allow us to locate it on our Website.
Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed.
We may request additional information before removing any material.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to support@pulseandcotton.com, containing:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material removed or access-disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Central District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice.

After receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed material 10 to 14 business days after receiving it unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent reinstatement.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

UCA LOGISTICS LLC may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or misuse intellectual property rights.

6. No Legal Advice

This Policy does not constitute legal advice. Intellectual property owners and users should consult legal counsel regarding their rights or obligations under the DMCA.
