Pick a head
The ball head suits most large muscles. Try the others as you get to know the gun.

Start on level 1
Turn it on before it touches the skin, then slowly increase the speed until it feels right.

Keep it moving
Glide slowly over the muscle for a minute or two per area. Let the gun do the work, no need to press hard.

How loud is it?
About 30 to 50 dB depending on the speed level. It is quiet enough to use while you watch TV or talk.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 6 hours per charge. Lower speeds use less battery than the highest levels.
20 Speed or 30 Speed, which should I choose?
Both cost the same and come with 6 heads and a carrying case. The 30 Speed (gray) gives you 30 levels and an LED display, for finer control. The 20 Speed (black) has a brushless motor and 20 clear steps. See the 20 Speed.

Great product. Does a great job at massaging muscles. It has plenty of speed settings so you can go easy on tender spots or really dig into deep knots. The battery life is solid, and it's surprisingly quiet. Definitely worth the buy if you get sore easily!

The massager is high quality and comes with a sturdy carrying case. They might not be the main point but the towels were surprisingly high quality and very nice! I’ve been using this massager for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. The power is strong enough to really work into tight areas, but you can adjust it down when you want something lighter.
It feels well-made and durable, not like those flimsy options you find online. The grip is comfortable, and it’s easy to switch between the different attachments depending on where you need it.

This is a nice massage gun. It comes with six attachments and a handy carrying case. It feels good in the hand and feels substantial and not cheaply made. The power switch is on the bottom. You also charge it on the bottom. It is charged by its own special charger and not by a USB-C cable. On the back side it shows you a digital display of the power remaining on the battery. It also displays the power level of the massage. It goes from 1 to 30 for the power level. You just hold the plus or minus button to increase or decrease the power or massage level. I did not find much difference between single digit power levels. However, as it increased up to 30 you can definitely feel the difference. As you decrease the massage level, it also slows down. The massager is well made and has nice features, and I recommend it.
