Return & Refund Policy – Pulse and Cotton

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions below.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, and unworn

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Return Shipping

  • A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns

  • No restocking fee will be charged


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the same 30-day return window. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
